Live Online Meeting

Click the link to be directed to a Microsoft Live Meeting Console. If this is the first time you have used this software you will be prompted to install the Live Meeting Console. Use your name as the login name and you will be automatically directed to the Live Meeting. If you are thinking about purchasing our software then the online meeting is a great way for you to see all the benefits of our software package.

Software Technical Support Click the link to start a remote computer software support session. You will be able to see everything the remote technician is doing in real time. Software support will consist of Custom Reports software and Mitchell Manager software. Custom reports software support is always free of charge!
Hardware Technical Support Click the link to start a remote computer hardware or network support session. You will be able to see everything the remote technician is doing in real time. The hardware technician will be able to trouble shoot printer issues, network, virus or pop up issues.
Training Click the link to start a remote computer training session. You will be able to see everything the remote trainer is doing in real time. The training session will be on your computer with your data in real time. You should schedule your time to be uninterrupted to get the most out of your session.
About The Remote Support Software We Use
A Dual Desk remote session must be initiated by the customer. The remote session does not accept inbound connections so no one can can access or initiate access to the customer's computer remotely. The remote software uses industry standard end-to-end RC4 encryption to ensure data security, plus the data stream is compressed. To decode the data, a would be hacker would need to obtain the encryption key, have knowledge of when the session was happening, have access to the stream of data and then know how to decode the compressed stream before they would finally be able to see the session. This would be very difficult if not impossible.

After the session is completed the remote technician cannot start a new session. All remote support sessions must be initiated by the customer. Best of all you can view in real time what the technician is doing on your computer. This software is simply the easiest, fastest and most secure way to solve software, computer or network issues.
